Seth Cline provided good legal advice about a complex property situation. Further, he prepared purchase sale agreements and warranty deeds for the closing. Would definitely recommend him as a lawyer.

Called to find out what the Statue of Limitations is to pursue action against a real estate agent and their brokerage for negligence and failure to meet standards of due diligence/ care. Demanded to be paid $350 for a consultation - Can't even answer **ONE** simple, straightforward, qualifying question BEFORE someone pays $350 to (potentially) be told the matter is outside statue and there's nothing that can be done??
