I figured it was time to draw up a will, power of attorney and such, so I just looked online for a resource. The Higgins firm came up, it had estate planning, so I just gave them a call. It turned out to be a great choice. Attorney Don Byrd is not just knowledgeable in estate law, he’s a warm person and walked me through everything, answered all my questions, researched some unique issues I had and came back with honest answers… and bonus… he specializes in copyright law too! After my will was signed, I was worried about one thing I wanted to add. He let me come back a week later to change it at no charge just so I’d be comfortable with it. I’m glad to have him as a go-to person for my estate wishes.

My experience with this firm was for the most part, handled very unprofessionally and I was treated very rudely by several employees of this firm during the handling of my case. A simple case that they profited from and yet I was treated with the utmost disrespect.

Sarah Calk and Ben Miller have been great to work with. I can get updates as often as I want with quick responses via email or if I need to have a face to face they are easily available. Would highly recommend the firm to anyone needing these types of services.
