I would like to say first off i am not the easiest guy to work with when it come to things like this. I also had a lot on the line, and i am sure you will too. why else would you be looking up reviews. I went to the Higgins law firm web page because i was trying to find someone to help me with my workers comp case. because i lived in a total different state then where i had to file. and i felt like i wasn't getting a fair deal from my company. i and boy was i right. Jim Higgins and his firm to control of the situation. and made sure that i was well taken care of. and i know they will do the same for you. I meet Jim in person and also talked with him over the phone and by email a bunch he is a no BS kinda guy. Jim will tell you up front what he can do for you. and i know that what i needed. i know that if i didn't call the Higgins Firm I know I would not have gotten dune what they did for me. they will not let you down!!

She was a great lawyer. We spend a lot of time going over my case before we got to court. When we got to court she was very prepare due to the work on the front end. She kept me posted as the court date approached and explained how things would likely go down. She did great in court and we won. I was very happy with her and would recommend her to anyone.

My son went to this firm with payroll checks and 3 months worth of server clock out slips to prove illegal payroll deductions. They asked to keep the evidence and never called him back. He called weekly and was eventually told his lawyer was no longer there and all of his records were lost. Unprofessional and careless. Teaching a young man two lessons: Employers and Lawyers are not to be trusted.

Don Himmelberg took my money $1000, didn't show up on my court date doesn't return phone call. Have only talked to him once and that was for him to collect payment. DON"T RISK THIS LAW FIRM WITH YOUR IMPORTANT LEGAL ISSUES.! TERRIBLE.
