I am from out of State and got myself in a bit of trouble. I didn’t have a clue of who to call. I googled attorneys and found Brian and it was worth the drive to Franklin. He helped me above and beyond. He got the charges dropped. Highly recommend Brian.

Excellent advice, prompt return calls. In a stressful time, it was comforting to have someone on my side. Someone that knew the system, whom was able to easily navigate me through the process. In the end, all charges were dismissed. Couldn’t be more pleased. They say you get what you pay for....I can honestly say, Mr. Nash is devoted to his clients...100%!

Brian did an AMAZING job on a criminal case I had in Franklin .

Brain Lee Nash is the, one of the few lawyers who has a great set of skills and knowledge in criminal defense and immigration.
I had him represented my criminal defense case from an immigration point of view, he handled it with utmost care and detailing each and every point, more than that he owned my problem and gave me atmost personal attention, and gave me more than the best outcome I expected. He had really clear vision and he predicted the outcome
