Waste of time and money. Says free consultation but will charge you for it anyways. Doesn't agree with his own client but rather spend time at $285/hour to prove his own client wrong instead of pursuing the defendant. Works out of his own house with in casual and unprofessional manner with not even a sign to tell that his office is around back.

Mr. Nichols did a great job on a construction law matter on a home improvement project that he handled for me. He knew all the nuances of this area of Tennessee law and discovered that the contractor was unlicensed. He is direct, accessible, professional, and returned half of my retainer which has never happened before with a lawyer that I have employed. I would definitely hire him again.

He might be able to represent you if you're loaded, but if you're looking for some help just be prepared to be rejected and treated like dirt. If you can't pay the full fee regardless of anything, he won't even give you a chance.
