Morgan Smith has represented me on multiple occasions over the years in family court. She has always showed compassion and a sincere concern for the children who are the ones who suffer most in such an unfortunate situation. I have had multiple attorneys myself and have been exposed to many more throughout trials. I can assure you that this quality is extremely difficult to find in an attorney these days. If you are in need of a family law attorney and want someone that truly cares, I would recommend Morgan Smith!

Atty Morgan Smith and her staff are not thorough,they are evasive,ambiguous, and very unprofessional. After paying Morgan Smith a substantial fee to represent my son in a visitation case she basically has not communicated any Information in regards to the case in over 4 weeks. When you call her office her staff can not answer any questions that you may have, and on more than one occasion the phone was hung up in our face. I would not recommend Morgan Smith to anyone.

I hired Ms. Everette for a consultation on a matter relating to a trust I thought I needed set up for a settlement I received after reading smoe of the things on avvo. I am so thankful I found her because she was straight up with me and kept me from wasting a bunch of money creating a trust it turned out the amount was low enough I was better off just spending the money on my family than on legal fees. I don't know anything about that stuff and she helped explain it and I am going to use her to do my will.

Kathy Everette not only did an excellent job on my divorce, I feel that I have found a friend. She gave me realistic expectations and always delivered more than she promised. She took my case seriously and didn't mind taking time to answer my questions. Her billing was more than fair.

Ms. Everette was my attorney in my child custody case. She helped me not only get the times and days that I asked for, she also helped me with getting my child support set up. She fought to get the right amount vs what my child's father wanted to pay. I would absolutely recommend this attorney for not only divorce but any child custody/support issue.
