Paige Kelliher represented me in a Family Law matter and she was absolutely amazing! I have a pretty crazy story but the long and short of it is, I needed an attorney to represent me in a case surrounding the passing of my mom. I initially hired a firm (against my better judgement) and they basically just sat on the case for 5 months, I only dealt with the associate attorney, and in the end they told me they couldn't proceed with it. I emailed Brian and within a matter of hours I had a proposed contract. With TWO WEEKS until the statute of limitations expired, Brian swiftly handled all the paperwork and processes needed. Within a week of officially filing suit, the other party reached out and proposed mediation. This week, I'm fully funding my son's college account. Brian responds to emails quickly, he literally spells everything out for you, tells you exactly what to expect and when to expect it, and I will tell you from experience now that his reputation precedes him in this industry when you're in the mediation room. I understand the gravity of the decision when you're in the position of being a plaintiff in a medical malpractice suit and I am here to tell you, if you are undecided between Brian and a firm, learn from my mistake, hire Brian and don't even think twice about it.
