Barbara and her team assisted our family with Tenncare eligibility for long term care for our Mom. They also upgraded our Power of Attorney documents and were available to answer all of our questions. When we needed our Mom to sign documents, they brought them to the nursing home and accommodated our schedule needs. My brothers and I hired Barbara's firm to advise my parents and revise their outdated, out-of-state wills. We attended the free informational presentation, then Barbara and Bryson met with us at no charge to review the old wills and advise us on short and long-term planning. They presented the revisions prior to our second meeting for our review, then met us for the signing with no waiting or surprises. The part where we felt like Barbara earned her money was in dealing with our Dad, who was ornery and somewhat oppositional. She clearly explained each section of the new wills, why changes were made, and what each change would mean. She answered his questions respectfully and thoughtfully, to his apparent satisfaction. We came to Barbara Moss and her firm after an unsuccessful and nightmarish attempt to navigate the TennCare Medicaid system on our own.
