This was the first time my son got in trouble and it was a DUI charge and two other charges. We hired Mr. Bryan Stephenson as my son attorney. He was absolutely amazing!! He kept us informed throughout the case. He just made every thing so easy and less scary and trust me it's scary getting a DUI. My end result is everything was dismissed and getting expunge. I strongly recommend Bryan he is amazing.

Bryan was referred to me by a friend and I couldn't have been more happy with how he handled my case. I was arrested and charged with DUI, first offense and violation of Implied Consent law as a result of sitting in my parked vehicle while charging my phone one evening after a couple of drinks downtown. I was very nervous of the implications that a conviction could have to my career, etc, and so hiring a knowledgeable, experienced attorney was of utmost importance to me. After speaking with a couple of attorneys, I hired Bryan Stephenson. I had already heard good things before I spoke with him, but was most impressed with his diligent, meticulous approach in questioning me about the incident, discussing the process in which we would proceed, and identifying a few key angles that would eventually benefit my case. From the moment I hired Bryan, he began gathering evidence, police reports, etc and studying the case law examples that he would use in my defense. After carefully studying the evidence against me, most importantly, the parking garage surveillance footage, he subsequently filed a motion to dismiss this case based on the premise that the arriving officer unconstitutionally seized me in his haste to make an arrest. Eventually, through strategic questioning of the police officer by Bryan and the officer's waivering testimony in front of the judge, the DA was unable to supply basis for denying the motion. Both the DUI and the Implied Consent charges were dismissed from court and my life was returned to normal way sooner than I expected. From beginning to end, Bryan was meticulous in his approach and preparation of my defense, constantly communicating with me and preparing me for my case, and ultimately, his experience and hard work were paid with HUGE dividends in the dismissal of my case, both charges. I would not hesitate to refer and recommend Bryan Stephenson to anyone needing sound legal representation.

I recently had to acquire a lawyer. I was beginning to feel like I was at a used car lot, until I came across Bryan Stephenson. After I read about his history online, I decided to meet him in person for my consultation. When we concluded, I knew I had to hire him. This was my first offence, and it was pretty serious charge, but at the conclusion of the final court day, it was dismissed and expunged. I recommend Bryan to anyone. He knows the system inside and out, and is respected in the court room.

While I did my homework and looked around, he was the only one who seemed to ask me questions that were specific to my case and made me feel comfortable continuing on with him. Bryan Stephenson was fantastic! In December, I hired Bryan to help me with a hit-and-run investigation being conducted by the Metro Nashville Police Department. My nerves were completely frayed because I had never had a brush with the law before (Previously I had only ever worked with a patent attorney). Bryan listened to my side of the story (which was admittedly unique), and then successfully defended me with no charges being filed, and no court costs being incurred. Most importantly, he spared me from the stress of being interviewed by a metro detective... and he did it all during the holiday season (which could have made a timely resolution to my case difficult). Honestly and easily, hiring Bryan to intervene in my situation was the most important decision I have made in a long time. I would recommend him to anyone.
