Mr Barry was very responsive and incredibly helpful. He was easy to reach at all times and took the time to answer all of my questions whenever I had them. Matt helped me navigate the process during a time where members of my command in the National Guard were using a 15-6 investigation to unfairly put me up in front of a Flight Evaluation Board. He made sure my statements were concise and any unrelated information was not included.
