Too bad they won't let you do ZERO stars! I have been attempting to have these people RETURN my phone calls for 3 weeks! (Guess what, I reviewed my Chapter 13 statements and these people have been paid in full-no problem with that, but I am STILL considered their client until I am finished with the Chapter 13!) I have left message after message with both the Gallatin office (where we actually went to start this process) AND the MAIN office in Nashville! Every time I call I am told that "I don't have an attorney available at this time, but I will take your contact information and have one call you back as soon as possible." So far this has NOT happened! So, this morning I called the Gallatin office again, knowing that they were probably not open yet, but knowing that I could make contact with the answering service to make sure that someone would actually be in that office today (they are not open at that location every day for whatever reason). Gus answered the phone, and I told him that I have been attempting to contact someone in that office for 3 weeks-he interrupted me before I could go on with a very snotty "Well you should try calling during regular business hours!" I started to say something else, but he said to call back after 9 and hung up on me! My advise if you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney, STAY AWAY FROM CLARK AND WASHINGTON--the little promo on the website saying "we take care of you" is an outright LIE!
