We were lucky enough to have Schaffer Law Firm recommended to us when we were opening our small business in Nashville in 2016. We had no idea what we were doing or what all was entailed in opening retail/bar business but Rachel and her team made it effortless. She was so knowledgeable and guided us through all of the things we didn't know would need to be done. They're always there still when we have questions, sometimes silly ones, but they all get the same respectful and well researched answers. We HIGHLY recommend.
