I'm a doctor involved in a malpractice case.Carson prepped me for my deposition and did a fantastic job.At the time of deposition I gave all the correct answers and did not get blindsided by any questions from opposing attorney and didn't get mad or upset with any questions.Carson did a great job getting me ready.

Carson represents me in an ongoing malpractice case. I was deposed last week, and I could not have been better prepared. He had anticipated almost all of the plaintiff's questions. We had done at least two practice sessions, and it took a lot of the jitters away. He has given me his personal number and invited me to call any time if I had questions or just needed to talk. I appreciate his expertise in this field and the professional manner in which he has conducted himself.

Rachel and her staff are very pleasant to work with. When i had to file a suit to recoup some money from a business acquaintance she dove right in. We successfully received payment in full and in fact, the plaintiff in the matter even commented that she "was thoughtful towards me yet stern in her demands." That's a good combination!
