Fantastic lawyers!

I was involved in a terrible car accident. Post my initial medical concerns, I was concerned about my medical bills, my totaled vehicle and new vehicle purchasing, car rental costs in the interim, and other miscellaneous concerns. A friend referred me to contact this attorney's office a week or so after the accident and it was the very best decision made. Sean actually came and met with me and very clearly described his services and fees (he is paid a percentage from the settlement you are paid). The financial aspects of the case were competently and thoroughly taken care of, I did not have to concern myself with these details and left it all to Sean. I could then concentrate on putting the rest of the pieces of my life together. Throughout the course of my case, Sean kept me abreast of details and he was accessible when I had questions or concerns. I never had to worry that Sean had bigger cases than mine because he remained organized, thorough, and on top of details constantly while maintaining an understanding demeanor with me. He knows the law and understood my unique needs to include a very hectic schedule. I also never had to discuss billing information with my medical providers, and never received any payment notifications as Sean took care of all of those details. From start to finish, Sean did an amazing job and I would strongly recommend him for my family, friends, and anyone.

When you want to get a lawyer, you have so many options. In my case, I was first represented by one of the largest private firms in the state of Georgia. I found myself unsure of the direction my case was headed, and found it difficult to get through, to the oh-so busy lawyer I was working with. I found out that little to no preparation was done for my case, and because of my age and the case at hand, my representation assumed we should just walk in and just "figure it out". Well, I was shocked to find out that I was going to essentially roll over and let the big wigs talk out a deal. Needless to say, the case was NOT resolved there, and all of the sudden 6 months later the details of the case had to be rehashed. Sean Park was the find I needed when I needed him. He came in, heard all the details on my case, collected all the relevant information, compiled casework, clearly and concisely explained my options, and picked up the phone whenever I called, asnwering any question I had. Walking into a courtroom in north Fulton County, Sean took care of the issue. The court was unwilling to budge or discuss the case in any detail, no thanks to my previous lawyer who had managed to secure a rather unsettling deal. Sean said no problem, and took the case straight out the city courtroom, vying for a case in Atlanta. Six months later, my case is resolved exactly how it should have been, with no under the table agreement, and no drawn out trial either. Sean put in the hours, spoke with the right people, and provided the exact type of courtesy I expected. I can safely say that he can take care of you and your case in the manner you desire. Sean is a family practitioner, and I would certainly be calling Mr. Park first for any legal advice or issue in the future.

When my ex filed for a divorce, I fully believed it would be fair and amicable, because that’s what we agreed to. However, then I received a proposal from her attorney. What she believed to be fair was for me to take on all the debt and for her to take all the equity in the house along with taking the kids more than 80% of the time in order to fully maximize her child support payment. I knew at that moment this process was not going to be as amicable as we discussed. I received several recommendations for attorneys from friends, which I called and/or met with personally. However, I just did not feel comfortable with or like any of them. I then received a referral from a close friend (also an attorney) to meet with Sarah Perky. I knew after our initial consult that she was the right attorney to represent me. Sarah did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a divorce or dealing with any sort of child custody issues. She knows the law well and knows how to get things done. Sarah is also extremely personable and caring. When you hire Sarah, you are getting someone who genuinely cares and treats you like a brother or sister. Bottom-line: Sarah fought for me without spending money unwisely and got me what I always felt was fair and reasonable, along with greatly increasing the amount of days I get with my kids.

In 2008 my husband and I hired David Raybin to represent my husband at his parole hearing. Mr. Raybin stood by my husband throughout his incarceration for almost 7 years until my husband finally obtained his freedom. Mr. Rabin is caring, compassionate and very understanding of the many aspects and problems that people in prison have, as well as their families. Mr. Raybin went above and beyond all that we could ever ask for. He is a true God send. I would HIGHLY recommend him for whatever your legal battle may be.
