Dave Weissman and Ashley Farrell were proactive instead of reactive in settling my personal injury-car accident case. I turned it over to them and didn't have to worry about anything else. They are both very professional and very real people. They treated me like I was a family member instead of just a client! Do not hesitate to call them for help.

I can't tell you how thankful I was to have David Weissman working on my Mother-in-law's case. In the past I have dealt with attorneys that I felt like I had to beg to do what needed to be done. Not in this case. David was on top of everything. Dealing with the government (Social Security) and all of their rules/regulations is asinine at best, and you are best served to start the process with a talented attorney. I don't take reviews lightly, so rest assured that if I have left him 5 stars, it is very deserving. I'm a very critical person, I admit it. I have zero to criticize here though.

Sarah Richter was my attorney for my very difficult divorce case. She was extremely professional, yet personable and caring throughout the process. She was an excellent advocate for me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Definitely pleased with everything that Sarah did for me.

Sarah Richter Perky at Hollins, Raybin & Weissman was my attorney in my rough and difficult custody battle and I cannot say enough good things about her. She masterfully handled the case through its many unfortunate twists and turns. She is very attentive to details, sharp, and provides wise counsel. She did an amazing job at the trial, proving perjury by the accuser within a few minutes of testimony. She exposed the lies after a quick perusal of the many case documents that I was only able to provide her at the last minute, during the trial. She handled my case with great sympathy and care, especially where it involved the child. There were a few emergency situations involving the child and she moved extremely quickly to get the tricky situations resolved in the best interest of the child. During an emergency, she constantly kept in touch with me even though she was in court that day for another trial. On occasion, I would tire of the process and be willing to concede some points but she strictly put her foot down and told me "no" - she was right, we won the point eventually. I truly feel Sarah was a Godsend to help me and my child during the toughest times in my life. If you are in a tough spot, you definitely want Sarah Perky on your side. Everyone at the firm was very helpful throughout the process. Ben Raybin stepped in for a day when Sarah was held up in another case and he too masterfully handled the issue of the day. I very highly recommend the firm.

David Rybin was the first criminal defense lawyer I have ever used and he came highly recommended. I became involved in a business situation where I unknowingly and unwillingly ended up being an accomplice to criminal offenses. David facilitated my cooperation with authorities and he was able to show authorities that my actions were manipulated by the business owners. A number of years ago, I was extremely distraught over an unacceptable action taken by my child's father during one of his visitations with our daughter. David's knowledge of the law, expert advice and 'tough love' saw our family through the biggest crisis of our lives. Suffice it to say, I committed a crime and it was highly likely I'd end up serving a lengthy prison sentence. I did not see how there could possibly be a happy outcome, nor did I think I deserved one. With David's guidance, I pulled myself together and mounted a strong but honest defense, admitting my mistakes and errors and presenting the best possible story to the Court. It would be an exaggeration to call the outcome a miracle, but in my mind it comes close. I was acquitted and freed to rebuild my life and continue to be with my family. Don't even think about "not" hiring anyone from this firm.They treated me with respect, answered my questions,returned phone calls and even answered personally via phone or email when I had a concern.Having worked with other attorneys for other issues was sometimes easy and sometimes difficult.I actually looked forward to meeting with 2 of the attorneys here that helped preserve my career and put an end to a situation that need an abrupt end. David Raybin is a lawyer that other lawyers go to and respect.Same goes for everyone else at this firm.You are a person that needs help,not fleecing.The courts respect the lawyers with this firm,the judges respect the lawyers with this firm and if every firm acted the way this one does,people wouldn't fear having to find and hire a good attorney.Ill leave this fact for anyone that reads this: When I walked into court with David Raybin other attorneys stopped in their tracks,with one uttering "watch this this is gonna be good".I felt like I had a Marine combat unit with me. Ultimately,my case was dismissed,my career was preserved and the court knew the facts. I never thought my case would be settled in the hallway leaving me wide open for a repeat performance by the party Mr. Raybin put back into the corner... Theres plenty of lawyers for a lot of things but when you don't want to hear a soapbox presentation telling you the fight will never end,it will take years and millions to resolve this is what you do.Pay for a pro thats not afraid to take a truck head on and yank the engine out while its moving..........nuff said thank you Mr.Raybin and firm
