My father and I used Jeff Roberts & Associates for some legal documents. Jeff explained things so clearly, even drawing things on a notepad to make sure we both understood the process and our options. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully, gave us excellent counsel, and made us feel like we were dealing with a trusted friend. Highly recommend.

John Romero was the lawyer I used for my experience. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to any and all concerns I had. He was always willing to give me time to help with all of my worries and questions. After going to court, he was able to help me sort out my case with little to no worries and was very, VERY professional. Could not have asked for a better lawyer. Highly recommend

I was in a horrible accident, no fault of own. But due to a witness recollecting several things wrong, I thought for sure this was not going to end well. I reached out to the folks at Jeff Robert's office. I originally met with Jeff himself, which was great, but the rest of the case was handled by John Romero. He got some video pulled and just did more than I could have even thought of to win my case. Would definitely hire again

They seriously went above and beyond for me to help with medical bills due to our car accident in june since we had no medical insurance. Bills were over 200k and we were able to get it under 50k with their help. That meant no out of pocket cost due to car insurance payout and all bills were paid. They helped me deal with the other person insurance company as well and were very good about keeping me in the loop. I would recommend them anytime!

John Romero is phenomenal and so patient and really connects with his clients! He always has a open ear and wants what’s best for us. He was always available for a call if we had questions and is just an overall amazing person and always had a positive attitude but could be stern if needed to be. I definitely recommend him and Jeff! Always had a smile on!

The group of young men representing my family at Jeff Robert's was amazing. Casey was kind and timely but I especially have to mention a young man by the name of John Romero. John has stayed on top of everything for us and it has not been an easy job. Casey Elrod truly is here serve the community, I could not be more thankful for his hard work and dedication. If it were not for him, I could not imagine what I would have done. My insurance agent was making it extremely difficult for me to get help, after getting t-boned by an 18 wheeler. Casey sat down with me once, and that was all it took. He stayed in close contact with me for 11 and a half months, and I was able to get the help i need to get healthy. I thank God for people like him, and all the team at Jeff Roberts & Associates.
