My experience with this firm could not have been better. -They listened to our needs, came up with a comprehensive plan to resolve our issue and moved quickly. -My emails, texts and calls were answered or returned promptly. -Each step of the process was explained thoroughly and all the options were explored. Additionally, J was very open listening to all my questions and suggestions (and I had a LOT of them) and he gave thoughtful and well-reasoned replies that were very reassuring during a stressful time. They were very professional and easy to talk with when I was answering all of their questions regarding the case. They had some very unique ideas on the way to handle everything, which gave my wife, Sandy, and I a very positive & good feeling about the potential outcome of the proceedings. The final cost to them was very fare and if I ever needed a law firm in Tennessee again they will be the first one I call.

Jeff Roberts is a lawyer that actually shows compassion towards his clients. He gave my case plenty of personal attention and I was able to communicate to him directly if I needed to.
