Martin has been our attorney for 8 years after going through 4 attorneys prior to Martin we can fully appreciate the difference between an attorney who cares and one who does not. Martin was able to stop a lot of back woods legal wronging that was happening to us. Martin is costly but for good reason, he employs a full staff who also cares. If you pay the wrong attorney you will end up paying more in the end. We learned that the hard way before seeking the best in Martin. I will be sad to not have him as our counsel, he feels like family at this point but I will not miss the system.

Going through a process of divorce is painful. Martin Sir and John Agee and his legal team went well beyond their call of duty to answer any question I had and explained to me in detail what and how it will take place. His team also ensured my rights as a father during and after the process. I highly recommend Martin Sir and associates for your legal needs in time of divorce and separation.

My experience with the Martin Sir Law firm was very stress free and pleasant. I had a uncontested divorce and our managing paralegal, John Agee, did a wonderful job. I am the parent of Jordan Norris, the young man who was tased more than 40 times by the Cheatham Co. Sheriff’s Dept. We contacted David Weissman and Benjamin Raybin to discuss suing the sheriff’s dept. I had previously contacted 4 other firms and had been turned down. Mr. Weissman & Mr. Raybin saw the photo evidence of Jordan’s tasing burns and immediately scheduled a consultation with us. Several months and several meetings later, we have settled this suit very much to our liking. Mr. Weissman came to my house, personally, following my car accident and handled all aspects of the case himself, without having to go thru a paralegal at any point. I initially interviewed him because of his credentials I saw online but selected him after talking with him about his willingness to go to court, if needed, and not just settle the case. Also he assured me he would be reachable when needed which he always was. That is saying a lot. He was friendly and confident and always repeated any information I didn't understand with a good attitude. He always showed empathy for the suffering I went through and he kept me clearly informed each step of the way on my case. I could in no way have been able to represent my own legal interests without a good lawyer like Mr. Weissman and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case.

David Raybin is an attorney who knows every nuance of the legal system. He is very passionate about the clients he represents and goes above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome. David is very accessible and responds quickly. I can not imagine what the end results of our situation would have been without his commitment and expertise. I will be forever grateful to him for his efforts and the results he achieved in what felt like a hopeless situation.

I would highly recommend this office to anyone going through a divorce. Peggy represented me very well in a difficult divorce case that ended up going to trial. She did an excellent job and the results were better than I could have dared hope for. She is a superb lawyer and I had complete confidence in her abilities to do what was best for my case. John Agee, the managing paralegal, is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the legal system. More importantly though, he is an amazing person who takes time to explain each step of the process and calm frazzled nerves and intense emotions. When I would call (which was frequent) he knew what the answers to my questions were and was able to help me relax. Phone calls and emails are almost always answered within 24 hours and any paperwork that comes in or goes out is scanned and emailed to the client that day. I really appreciated feeling like my lawyer was on top of things, truly cared about me as a person, and was capable of achieving the best outcome possible. Going through a divorce is the most difficult thing I've ever done, but having Peggy and John by my side the whole time made it much, much easier.

Rachel helped me during the sale of my small business. I asked for a very short timeframe for completion and she quickly drew up all of the necessary paperwork to have it closed by the date I had requested.
