Martin and his associates have been my go to firm for years. With each legal case expertise, experience, and exemplified efficiency have consistently been the norm. With a near decade relation with Martin and John Agee I have developed absolute confidence in the proficient competience this office brings to the courtroom. While many firms make facsimile claims of 24/7 availability access their marketing ploy, this legal team lives it. Whether it's 8:00am or 11:00pm if a legal crisis prevails they will respond be it via a call, text, or email. Martin walks softly but carries a big stick and his reputation stands out in the local legal community. He's the guy the other lawyers know about and a healthy appreciation among colleagues is evidenced when his named is dropped as your legal rep. To watch him in court with his purposeful low key demeanor is evidence of an old legal fox in his element. And when he speaks in defense any opposing counsel suddenly realizes they've met a true champion. He's gentlemanly and meek, but don't be confused. His persona is a well developed pseudo cover that cloaks an intelligent and calculated legal strategist just ready to wrangle and lasso to the court room mat the most competent legal adversary. Martin is well connected and known in the halls of justice throughout the Nashville and surrounding area judicial systems. Martin is the heavyweight slugger you want in your corner. I highly recommend retaining this legal warrior and take a load of your mind. When Martin steps into the ring on your behalf you can rest assured he's walking away with a victory that few could pull off.

The firm, specifically Mr. Agee, was able to help me file papers for my divorce where we both agreed on everything. It was quick and painless and we both appreciated his professionalism. When questions came up later in the process they were answered quickly and efficiently. I hope to never need them again but would absolutely recommend them to others.

My wife was dropping off my daughter at school, and our son was in the car as well, when a truck rear ends her vehicle. All three were injured to some extent, with my daughter being the worse via a concussion. I actually work for a law firm; however, we do not practice injury law. Therefore, I contacted another lawyer from the area that knew the best lawyers in the Nashville area. David Weissman was his top pick, without question. I had him give me his top three picks because I didn't think our case would be worth the time of his top choice. But David nonetheless took our case. We met with him at his office within a week of me contacting him. I knew instantly why David's reference came with such high regard. He was extremely personable and a noteworthy professional. And throughout the case, he kept us apprised of all proceedings and always responded to any questions immediately. The other parties insurance must have sensed they were dealing with a true litigator because they did not try to pick a fight with him. Smart move on there part. Also, because our daughter was a minor, the law required us to go before a judge as part of the process, and David was in charge through the whole thing; in fact, the other attorney pretty much just deferred everything to him. If me or my family ever need legal help in the future, David will be the first person I call. I highly recommend David Weissman as well as his excellent staff.
