I recommend using this firm for anything that life may throw your way. I took my case to them and from day 1 that handled my case like it was fragile (with care). All i had to do was go to my appointments and confirm that i did go and they took care of EVERYTHING else for me. So if you are looking for someone who WILL GET IN THE RING AND WIN!!!! Rocky McElhaney is a great lawyer and if you need one who is gifted and has compassion for you and your family than he is the one. When Rocky took my case I had been waiting for a number of years for a back injury that I had on my job. I didn't think I'd be able to get a settlement because my employer wouldn't cooperate with me. But Rocky stepped in and took care of the matter for me and my family because he knows how to get real results and seems to know exactly what each of his clients are going through with their injuries. I would recommend him to anyone who's going through a lawsuit with a company. He is the man for the job! I would have gave him 12 stars but I could only choose 5 in this rating system.

I was hurt at work and had multiple surgeries. The company didn't want to take responsibility because they said I had previous issue. All I really cared about was being better, I just wanted treatment. I really wasn't even concerned with a settlement. Most of my experiences were with Justin. He was very knowledgeable and I was always impressed with how well he carried himself. He always called me back. I also worked with Kelly and as she transitioned and I worked with Kim. Everyone there was helpful and communicated to me the things I needed to know about my case. I had a couple of conversations with Rocky who was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease.
