Mr. Hedgepath is professional and knowledgeable. He is timely, and highly responsive. His kindness and empathy also made the process easy. Being a divorce lawyer, I cant say that I look forward to using his services again, but I definitely recommend him to anyone.

I retained Richard after being served last minute. Even with having limited time, he did an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. He definitely has his client's best interest at heart and put his all in to making sure we got the best possible outcome, in which we did! I would 100% recommend him to anyone in need.

In the state of TN where employers are protected with the "at-will" clause; Never once did I doubt I was in the best possible hands with Mr. Masker. He was excellent with communicating to me the realistic truth throughout the whole process, and never gave me a "sugar-coated" answer. Curt is an excellent attorney who really goes above and beyond for his client. I'm very happy with my outcome and he will have my business again and again.
