I was very fortunate to be represented by Dax. While the outcome was not ideal, I am very pleased with his efforts in my case. Dax maintained a professional approach the entire duration of our working together. 10/10 would use again.

Dax Puschel is one of the most expeditious, patient, intelligent professionals I’ve ever met. He set out an incredible game plan from the beginning, was completely honest about outcomes and process. And even when I wasn’t able to even meet him half way to complete my part, he adjusted and still had my back. He was patient with me in a really hard time in my life. All I wanted to do was hide away and avoid all of it. He gently helped me face it, got me a really favorable outcome, and treated me with respect regardless of how I showed up. I’m really grateful for him and his team, and I’m a thousand percent confident that if you work with him, (even if only half way) he will have your back, and bring you the best outcome you could possibly have. There’s a reason Blizzard and Zimmerman is rated so highly… for their associates. I worked with Dax Pueschel and it was a great experience. He always kept me up to date on my case whether it was by phone, text, or email. He even went out of his way to reset a court date for me even though I hadn’t hired him to do that. Dax is honest and doesn’t sugar coat anything. He tells you how it is and gets you the best outcome possible. I was facing time but luckily I got probation. And even though the reason you hire him is to represent you, he is a very caring guy who genuinely wants you to help you better yourself.

I can only comment on my experience with Mr. Blizzard . I would have been better off with a 3rd grader representing me. He told me that any charges that weren't resolved when th PSI came out would not count against me as points on my fed case so I subsequently pled guilty to a check charge I was innocent of because they offered me a time served plea and I wanted to go to court without any other charges pending and he lied and said he never told me that then on top of that he was supposed to show up so we could go over the PSI so we could dispute some things on it and he never showed. The next time I saw him was in court and he rolled over like a puppy in court. Very unprofessional and should be ashamed of the defense he renders me.

Dax represented me in a case that I was looking at 10-20 years. He stays in touch with you, he does what an attorney is suppose to do, look out for they're client. He doesn't beat around the bush. He's intimidating, but that's what I look for in a attorney.

From my first meeting with Dax Pueschel, I gained more insight and hope into my case than I had with any other attorney. His approach to my case was from the standpoint of recovery which was a refreshing and novel for me. I personally struggle with mental health, and Dax offered me numerous avenues for help beyond that of just a legal standpoint. I admittedly felt a bit intimidated on my first meeting since this was my first offense that required council, but Dax was both comforting and very informative. He made me feel that the process would be a partnership where we would both work hard to achieve the most favorable outcome. From beginning to end, Dax and his paralegal, Karisa Hagle, stood by me and supported me through every step of the process. They both remained constantly and consistently available to my needs and completely changed my outlook on attorneys in general. In the end, I can honestly say that I am beyond satisfied with the result and would highly recommend anyone seeking legal assistance to reach out to Dax. I know that decision for me will forever change the trajectory of my life towards a path of hope and righteousness and hope.

Dax and his team were extremely helpful with my situation. He laid everything out on the table from best case scenario to worst. He also prepares you for the worst, that way you are lined up if your situation goes that route. Honestly, I will be using Dax and the Blizzard team for any and all legal issues that may (hopefully never) arise in the future. 10/10 highly recommended!
