This has been my second experience with Keith and Lorfing and once again, Russel and his staff have far exceeded my expectations. Due to a series of unfortunate events and false accusations, I was being charged with a crime that I did not commit. If convicted, it could have potentially very well ruined my career. Thankfully, Russel was able to get it dismissed within months. I appreciate his genuine concern and interest in all the ins and outs of my situation. He is undoubtedly a very busy man, but yet he always gives you his full attention and never makes you feel as if you're being rushed. While he makes no promises, Russel is a man of his word. He will work with you and adjust to your situation. I HIGHLY recommend using him or any other of his fellow attorneys, as they fight for you as a team.

Russell was recommended to me by several people and we are so lucky to have found him! He was able to get a potential 7 year sentence down to only 9 months. Not to mention him and everyone at the law firm was so kind and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and had no judgement. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and walked us through every part of the process. It felt more like a family than a law firm. First experience with any law firm where I actually felt represented and that my lawyer was truly fighting for me. This team is simply amazing and worth every penny. Russell and Trey will roll up their sleeves and take however much time is needed to understand your case top to bottom. I’ve had 3 cases with them and 100% victory on all of them. I was innocent with the deck stacked against me. Trey took charge of that trial and handled it start to finish like the wise and professional litigator he is. He then got the charge on my 2nd case dismissed. Russell stepped up and got my 3rd case dismissed. He also stuck with me doing me a huge favor, which he certainly wasn’t obligated to do so. If you got serious charge's, these are your people! Our experience with Keith & Lorfing has been amazing! Russell Lorfing’s communication is fantastic! He was there for me even over the holidays! Other staff that I talked to in the office were also kind, understanding, and responsive. Chris Solis spent an extended amount of time on a call with me and my husband answering numerous questions. I can’t adequately put into words how thankful we are to have met Russell Lorfing. He is not only a brilliant and experienced federal attorney, but is a man of good character. One who whole-heartedly went above and beyond to defend my husband, all the while treating us like family. Russell and his team greatly helped restore my husband and I’s faith that there truly are some great attorneys out there that really care about justice. My husband was falsely accused of a federal crime many years back, and sadly, at that time, we did not know who to turn to. Unfortunately we hired an ineffective attorney, to put it politely. A good friend of ours had heard of the exceptional reputation of Russell Lorfing and recommended him to me. The anguish and fear we were going through once again was unbearable. After talking to Russell and telling him my husbands story, he decided to take our case, but let us know it would be a tough fight. Russell went to work immediately, and I mean that day. He went to stand with my husband at a hearing we had just found out about as we were speaking on the phone. That meant the world to my husband and our kids and I. I soon found out what a true attorney is like. Especially one who has a passionate heart to help people. He communicated clearly, and answered our questions about everything that he and his team were working on along the way. They always wanted to know our thoughts. In the next hearing, Russell and Chris Solis fought hard for us. They were successful at having my husband released to come home as we prepared for the next big hearing. After that, again, Russell worked tirelessly preparing for the next fight. He stayed in touch with us throughout each step and made us feel like we were his only client. As the date of the hearing approached, we were unbelievably thankful to hear that, through all of the strategies and communication that Russell and his team had done, the charges had been dropped. Many in our community have prayerfully supported our family over the years and this meant the world to all of us. Each win that Russell was able to work for us was nearly unheard of, but he precisely prepared for each step, knew how to artfully communicate, and was persistent. All the while they were hospitable. Wendi in the office made sure Russell received my communication and documents and made us feel comfortable when we visited. I wholeheartedly recommend Russell Lorfing if you need an attorney. He is a real advocate. He completely knows his way around the courtroom and will fight smart and hard for you. He truly is worth every single penny and more.
