UPDATE: 1.4.24 I was working with Olivia Martinez since February (2023). I can say it was a little hard getting a hold of her at first, then she came around. Olivia got me started on the medical attention I needed. When i didn't do well at the first place because i didn't like how they were handling my appointments at the spine center, Olivia immediately sent me to a different place where I felt like they actually cared about my issues. At some point, I have now been working with Morgan Bermudez the last few months. Morgan is super nice and very easy to speak with. She listens and gives feedback. Morgan is on top of everything. She sends emails, calls and leave voicemails, even when it seems we are playing phone tag. I hope I'm now nearing the end. I didn't know a rear end accident can cause so much greif all year. (2023) I called I Just Got Hit. The receptionist was very sweet. I think her name was Chloe. She transferred me to Amanda English. Amanda was very patient, professional and understanding. Down to earth. She has a very pleasant tone and gave me the information I needed. This is my first time calling an attorney, so I was clueless as to how this works. Amanda explained everything simple and straight. Very great customer service! ♥️

Never again.. I should have read the reviews first. So dissatisfied, disappointed. Research before you commit. All the reviews I have read is a reflection of what I am going through with my case. In my opinion find another law firm.
