Georgina Neria was AMAZING !! I got hit last year, and she ended up taking over my case at some point.. I am SO happy that she took over. I fell on hard times and was in need of money, so I was calling her a lot, looking for updates. She never got mad or frustrated or anything. She took every call with compassion and she gave me any and every update that she could. If I couldnt reach her, she called me back in a timely manner. And when I needed extra help because my rent was way past due, she went out of her way to assist me with that. She figured out another solution to my problem. I would recommend this company and Georgina to ANYBODY. Thank you Georgina!!! You have saved me !!!

I was contacted immediately by Tiffany Rose she explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood what was going on. After dealing with Tiffany I was transferred to Francisco who provided great customer service as well, the process is a little longer than I expected but that just let me know that they are making sure there customers are well taken care of.

I will be coming up on 1 year April 19 since I was T boned by a commercial gravel truck. I have gotten nothing from this law firm but empty promises and unreturned phone calls. The amount they are basically forcing me to settle for, doesn't even scratch the surfaces of my loss, doesn't even cover all of the hospital bills, not to mention I will be dealing with a permanent injury the rest of my life. The lawyer even had the nerve to insinuate that I was trying to get rich. Instead of recovering my losses, which are very easy to do the math on. Even then I can't get in touch with anyone regarding the piss poor settlement. I read these reviews prior to contacting them. My regret is that I didn't listen, and now I am living to pay for it. Take my advice and go with another firm, don't waste your time with these smooth talking liars, that don't return calls, or fight for what is fair for you.

PATIENCE and TRUST is the key throughout this entire process, it will not happen overnight. Because it is truly a process and if you are expecting a personal experience, please change your expectations. However, they will get the job done, they got me the settlement I deserved in nine months. The best advice I would give anyone during this process is to not wait for the team to reach out to you, if you haven't heard anything from your team, FOLLOW-UP until you hear back, they will respond. Amanda English and Judy Rota are both great. Jasmine Urbieta is the reason I could not give 5 stars. Thank you Godsey Martin, you and this accident were a financial blessing in disquise.

If you want the same over-worked, understaffed settlement mill, then this firm is for you. They will accept as little as you will allow just so they don't actually have to do any real work. Even when they lose, they have better things to do than file an appeal. If you just want to be a number then they're for you.

My process has been very calming after my accident. Godsey Martin has been very expeditious in seeing my needs met. The medical staff they partner with was very helpful. All and all they made me feel like they cared and like family. The topping on the cake was Ms. Tracy Rogers she was very welcoming in the closing process. Thank you Godsey Martin.
