Amanda Bell has been great to us. I greatly appreciate all the hard work and efforts she put in to making sure we were taken care of.

Do not go here please!!! I’ve been waiting almost 2 years and every time I call them they never pick up or never return my call. I’ve called thousands of times this year. They are thieves. I think they got my check along time ago!!! I am planning on sending them to court if I don’t hear from them within the next 2 weeks.

I spoke with Yovanna Torres she was very helpful and polite. My husband and I feels very comfortable now that we spoke with her and getting our case reviewed.

Do not waste your time dealing with these crooks. This is the sorriest law firm I've ever delt with. Unless it involve a lot of money they will not return your call. I gave a 1 star just because the receptionist did answer the phone.

I am so grateful for Amanda! She was so helpful and responsive with any question I had. This was the first time I had ever been in an accident and she was with me every step of the way. I would refer all of my friends and family to them!

Very very terrible service. The case manager called me once in a month & didn’t share my police reports with the actually lawyer till I told the lawyer myself we had them and she was unaware I sent them to her already, and did not talk to us hardly ever. Every time we call they on lunch or break (for 3 hours) We ended up doin the work ourselves, getting information ourselves. We talked to the actual attorney maybe once or twice after threatening to leave. We left any way. Didn’t talk to us like we needed but the same day we fired them they for sure canceled all our appointments that same day; They didn’t have time for anything but definitely had time for that !

I would like to say I’m very thankful that I reached out to I Just Got Hit for my daughter Bryenna and Grandson. My daughter spoke with Yovanna Torres and she was amazing she broke everything down for us to understand and very patient. My daughter has never been through this process and she was so nervous but Yovanna has made the it very comforting for us . Again Thanks for making this process less stressful.
