Absolutely terrible! My experience has been horrible. I should've known when I dealt with 3 different case managers at the start that this was going to be a less than happy experience. Every time I would call I would have a differenr case manager for whatever reason and have to explain everything all over again. I had one call me and ask all these questions and then 2 weeks later call me back and ask the same questions stating she had no record of us speaking. I can never get a straight answer and almost never get a call back. Been trying to get closure on my case for a very long time now. I've left voice mails recently with no response. I know there are other cases but I would've liked to feel like a priority, I really don't and I've used this firm before back in 2010 but the level of service is drastically dropped since then.

They are making me so upset and angry!!!😡 Half the time I can reach nobody to check my case. They barely update me on anything. I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them!!!!

The front desk person Ms. Tracy Rogers is the only person that I ve come in contact with other than Mrs.Glenda Fuller she spoke to me at the front desk, these 2 people are just beautiful.

They have hired the right people. Great customer service , friendly and caring . They speak to you like they personally know you. I love how they check-in, via phone . I'm so comfortable with them. They don't make you feel stupid when you have a question. They allow all questions then they will quickly reply . This is the best customer service I've experienced in a long, long time.

Shantae N. Haymer has been working on my case I like her she's been really persistent and on it I know I will get good results we haven't settled yet because the offer wasn't fair and I'm very acknowledged and they have been keeping up with me but the time is coming sooner than later....

I must say I was hesitant at first when I called but Godsey Martin has been real good to me! I though I would take for ever to get a settlement but they were always keeping me posted on the status and out come of the case. Now I'm just waiting to receive my settlement, they gave a time frame and so far they have been On point!! I would recommend Godsey Martin to any of my friends! People have different outcomes but being patient is key!

I can't thank you enough, I know that in the future if I have another wreck, you'll be the first that I call! Every case is different, do not let these negative comments turn you away. Do NOT recommend this office. They are non-communicative , unethical and unprofessional. They will try to take money from you that they are not entitled to and they will have no care in how that affects your life. Better off having a pile of mud as representation. They have no sense of urgency and are not behaving ethically. They should be reported to the board for non-ethical behavior.

I was hit on New Year’s Day, that wasn’t the way I intended to start 2019. A year later, my case is resolved with all of my needs being considered and handled. Amber and the people over at Godsey Martin have really worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was taken care of. If you unfortunately find yourself in an accident, I highly recommend their services.

Initial process to start my case was professional and easy. However, over the two years it took to settle my case, communication and updates regarding my case was only given when I reached out to them every few months for a case status. Shelby and Kenneth did not respond well to voice mails I left asking for case status. I received better response via email communications. David was assigned as my attorney however, after a couple of communications with him, my case was transferred to another attorney. I left several messages and emails with Ken before I was informed that my attorney was changed to Ryan. Amanda did a great job at keeping me inform during the last couple of weeks of my case settlement status. Overall communication was not very good.
I received a follow up from my review from Godsey Martin representatives. I was asked to explain more about my client experience to which they expressed concern and offered their sincere apology.
