My insurance company notified me that they have issued a check to them over a month ago. However, I can not seem to get an accurate or current status update on a case that was initiated in Jan 2024. I have called and left emails in their case portal to confirm that they receive money or to simply just get a current status update. Their lack of communication or follow-up procedures do not align with the reputation or professionalism that they claim makes them better than other firms. This is very disturbing, disappointing and I am starting to believe I have been dupted.

So appreciative of everyone at the firm. They guided me through a process that I had never encountered and got me over every challenge. Just talked with this firm. The intake person continued to attempt to rush me to sign a contract for without proper time to review and consult with anyone else. The rep kept insisting that I would only have minutes to review and sign, and said I would be required to do it during this interaction. I've always been taught to get a second opinion before signing any contract. It's a shame. I've heard good things, but I don't appreciate the rope-a-dope approach to getting clients. Law firms should hope for clients to be diligent.
