Been dealing with them for 6 months. I do not receive calls anymore at all. They are causing more pain and suffering than anything. But I guarantee something is about to happen. I'll just call the insurance company and just settle with them and let them pay my doctor bill and call it even. I'm completely done with Godsey Martin. DO NOT USE THEM... SERIOUSLY. Neighbor used The Texas Hammer and got what was owed to him. It was enough for him to go buy 3 new vehicles, a $8000 lawn mower , a new trailer and buy houses and fixed them up and still have money. And it did not take 6 months either.Godsey Martin YOU'RE FIRED!!!!! Update it's been a while, but the outcome was that my son who was not even 1 at the time was in the car he did not receive anything but $300, the settlement I received was supposedly covered the days I missed at work too and then my at the time fiance was injured worse than me but some how we ended up getting thebsame amount and he ended going toothed ER multiple times due to him being in pain, so how we still ended up getting the same amount when he was injured worse than me, then and was not working so he didn't miss any work days, so I was confused but what really pissed me off my child my baby only got $300 after godsey took out $200, it took over 7 months to get him comfortable to ride in a car seat. We would have tonight until he's asleep to ease him in a car seat. We even bought a bigger one to make it comfortable for him, we had to take baby steps like putting the carseat in front of the TV so he can sit and watch TV then buckle him in while watching TV etc. So at the end you get what they fight for which isn't nothing and they get half off top it's not a 3% 6% or whatever they claim it to be at the beginning it's really 50/50.

Godsey Martin is absolutely AMAZING. I would highly recommend their services to any and everyone. Very thourough helpful and cares about the needs of their client!! My case manager Natasha Walkup is the VERY best! Customer Service outstanding!! Not to mention the lovely Tracy Rogers the receptionist that greets you with the warmest beautiful smile. So welcoming!!! Highly recommend this place!!

My process has been very calming after my accident. Godsey Martin has been very expeditious in seeing my needs met. The medical staff they partner with was very helpful. All and all they made me feel like they cared and like family. The topping on the cake was Ms. Tracy Rogers she was very welcoming in the closing process. Thank you Godsey Martin.

Let me start off by saying I have used Godsey&Martin Law firm 2 times before now. My first experience was nothing compared to my experience this time. The only reason I am writing a great review is because of the experience I had after my disappointments were addressed at the time of my check pick up. My first experience was far beyond amazing. Hence the reason I used them again after I was hit a few months later. However, my experience has been terrible. The lack of communication between my husband's representative to them never being there in office when they would say all the way to not meeting appointments on time. I sat and waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to pick up my check because the person my apt was with was not in. Yet she knew my apt time. I was greeted by Tracy Rogers and WOW. She alone would be the reason I would use Godsey & Martin again. She took on my unhappiness as her own and got the proper person involved to hear me out Mrs. Glenda. Just the interaction of these 2 women alone changed my attitude towards this firm. I would recommend because overall they are concerned about their clients. Tracy Rogers you superceed your title. You're truly amazing.

I have to chat with them in order to get the status of my case. The supervisors won't even call me back. Totally unprofessional.

I've been waiting for a call for my son for about 4 months, since every time i call it sends me to voicemail, I leave a message and still haven't got a call back.... Starting to get frustrated since their not able to communicate, some lady name lashunda kept in touch for the 1st 2 to 3 months now its been about 7 months and still no call...his father has a lawyer thru them for the same accident and apparently he gets paid this week...so i guess we just got the wrong side of the firm

This company is not worth your time, if you even think about it. Stop that thought and keep it pushing, most unprofessional, and sneaky company you could choose!
