They were professional and understanding, they worked with my son in all ways that they could and settled the claim in a great professional manner.

I have had they assist me with 3 accidents and the first 2 they were great. But the last one they were not willing to sue the uninsured owner. Did not like this. Guess if they can't get a large amount of money they refuse to help.

I didn't know who else to call, I was in a minor car accident and didn't think I really needed therapy but but Godsey Martin kept in touch with me and encouraged me to be seen. I'm young and I feel that the after affects won't catch up to me so I'm thankful that the firm convinced me to worry about myself and not put my silent pain on the back burner. Next time I'm in a wreck I'll be sure to follow through with Godsey Martin law firm again .

Please beware do not use them I had a car accident in June 2017 lost my baby yes lost a baby girl they do not return calls I had to send emails for updates police report stated the 18 wheeler merged onto my lane and had an Eye Witness who stated the 18 wheeler merged on me! On April 11, 2019 Mediation a painful reminder re live my entire loss of everything still working still a mom to my sons. In mediation the attorney that represented me was late I had a substitute attorney keep in mind never met either before mediation all to find out my attorney has worked with the prosecutor’s attorney before and the mediator also. As I am telling my story the mediator looks at my medical records and asked me what is trisomy 18 my baby had Down syndrome she and the prosecutor attorney immediately google it now we are in mediation so they come back do you have a medical expert my response didn’t know I needed one my attorney stated no... Medical records show no complications but an extra chromosome no pre term labor so this is there reason the accident did not cause my baby’s death no wrongful death no court date tells me to settle because I do not have a medical expert settle for 10k not only to this day no call no communication I called every day no update until Thursday May 2,2019 there is a lien on the settlement for medical bills so still no update as of May 8,2019. So at the end of mediation I was told I need counseling for the trauma but who will pay for this I am a hard working mother with 2 children one in first grade and one a sophomore in college on no scholarships. I beg you to do your research and FYI I did not write this review they have on google I don’t know who wrote this but I promise you Simona Elizabeth Hanks did not please see below: I had a great experience. This was my first time ever being involved in an accident and I was hesitant to call, but after the shock wore off I decided to be on the safe side. This worst place ever. Please don't use this law firm. You never talk to your lawyer. You always be told they out of office they been on my daughter case forr almost year she never talked too or met her lawyer. I will be reporting them to bar association. BEWARE BEWARE IF YOU want THEM YOU WILL NOT HAVE REAL LAWYER WORKING YOUR CASE PACKAGE WILL ASSIST WILL.
