I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Amanda English about starting a potential case. Mrs. English (Intake coordinator) was a very warm hearted individual to speak with. She provided me with empathy and I could hear her genuine concern and willingness to help me. I advised her I was not sure I wanted to move forward, so she suggested to think of questions if I had any and that she would give me some time and go over any that I had. She called back like promised the next day and went through all 10 of my questions with me. I felt more confident in starting my case because she of her. Mrs. English is a positive contribution to the firm and I hope everyone else that I encounter from the firm going forward is like her. Thank you Mrs. English!

After I was smooth talked into signing for this law firm to represent me, I got one phone call from my case manager and that was it. Here I am after an accident that they claimed was “open closed” and the other driver was at fault and I’m missing 2 and a half hours of work 3 times a week for “physical therapy” all the while paying $300 a week out of my pocket for a rental car because mine was totaled. I only get calls asking about my doctor visits and no one has went to see my damn car and it’s been over two months. I get it they want to rack up the doctors visits so they all make money. But I’m stuck here dealing with my own bills all the while paying on a car I will never own. Don’t bother calling because you will get the run around and spend an hour of your time getting nowhere. Honestly, I don’t know how this “law firm” is still in business. The last person to call me sounded like she was drunk and taking notes. Do you research before giving this place your case. All the negative reviews are true.
