I will say with this law firm it’s the lack of communication. My first case manager was great I loved her she stayed in contact and checked up on me. Then I was switched to another one and his communication is about a 2. Having to call and email multiple times just to get an answer is ridiculous. Not mention my case was supposedly closed 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything.

Right now I will give 2 stars because am frustrated has they never communicate. You call them them they never call you back. Same thing you email still nothing..yet when you were initiating a claim they kept up with communicate. My claim has taken exactly an year and I have to repeatedly call, email,text to get my status!
