I’ve had the worst experience with them. Poor communication is an understatement. On multiple occasions you have to remind them to move on to the next process. I’ve been dealing with the same case for over 2 years. Medical bills are now affecting my credit. I’ve tried scheduling an office appointment multiple times and that’s the only way I was able to speak with an attorney on the phone. Please don’t do it.

I just wanted to say what am amazing person Qiana Pendleton is!!! She is always so attentive with my needs and my daughters. She always answers my calls if not she calls me right back she is very thorough with everything she has to tell me or ask me and if I don’t understand she takes her time to specifically explain detail by detail she is such an awesome person.
