I am leaving this review, because I had never received such great service from a Law Office upon intake. Amanda English is phenomenal at what she does. Please consider this as a big thanks to you Amanda. I appreciate how you handled my call, and the beginning process of my case.

I've used them a few times now and each time I was satisfied 👍👍👍

I was referred to them by a friend. My case started July 2022 & last time i heard from them was May 2023 & now that i received this letter from the person's insurance that a letter was sent to the firm NOW I have not heard back. I've been calling leaving voicemails. I will update this once I hear back. UPDATE: My case manager was Priscilla. They provided me with the service I needed. Answer any of my questions. They also kept me updated for a belief while. I was done getting with service in October 2022 which I'm told the paperwork will be sent to my lawyer. At the end of my process I received a phone call April 2023 about my case coming to a close. It took another 2 months to hear back. Juan was very polite and apologized for the lack of communication. I do refer to come here. The communication just has to be stronger.

Amanda English did a great job assisting me in my time of need. She asked thorough questions and did a great job explaining the process. She was also very kind and concerned about my son and my well-being. Her professionalism was at an all time high. I am grateful that she was the person to take my call!

I have been trying to handle my accident by myself and between trying to fight to get the insurance companies on the phone and getting my police reports I just wanted to give up on the process. My mom recommended them to me and they have taken all of my stress away. Idris has been super helpful with me. He has been quick, efficient, and pleasant.

I’m SHASTA CADE and i contacted this law firm 2 months ago . I had markeshaJackson for my case manager are whatever . She never contacted me till today and she was very rude . Some guy name Dan was all in the background being loud and rude with her .. when all I was doing was stating my concerns and I didn’t get rude back with her not once . This lady had the nerve to tell me that I had to accept 50% liability from the person that hit me when I have a police report that states it the other person fault.. she said she don’t argue with attorneys nor insurance people . But ain’t that her job to argue and to win cases . If you can’t take me asking questions I know I wasn’t in good hands . She had the nerve to hang up in my face and drop me as a client . This my 1st time being in a wreck and I wouldn’t recommend them at all .. they are so disrespectful, and don’t like for you to tell them what they are doing wrong. And they got the nerve to still want a percentage and they didn’t do nothing

Idris has really good customer service and I was happy with the way he took care of my situation.
