Amanda English my intake specialist was beyond professional and she welcomed me and she also showed that she cared she made me feel like family I definitely would recommend this law firm to others

I feel horrible because I encouraged my Mom to use this Firm... Her case has been pending for well over a year... NO COMMUNICATION... NOT UPDATES😡 We have absolutely no idea what's going on with her case, ☹️ so much for trying to keep it in the family...

I WAS HIT BY A POLICE IN FT WORTH JANUARY 2023! POLICE DEAD WRONG THIS FIRM ALLOWED THIS LOW LIFED LIAR TO PRESENT A DASH-CAM THEY COULD NOT ATTAIN A COPY OF TO VALIDATE MY CLAIM. I DID NOT GET THE NEWS FROM THEM; MY GEICO REPRESENTATIVE ADVISED! NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, APPARENT UNKNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF AN OPPORTUNITY TO SCREW OVER ME AGAIN! Worst service EVER i would not recommend them to anyone. It has been 2years now and it's like playing duck duck goose. NOBODY ever answers or returns any of my calls. I've been "receiving" a settlement since March haven't gotten anything on my particular case. We only received 2 settlements outta 5 of us and that's only because they were $500 only. At this point it's ghetto i dont know what to do to get someone to return my call or not have an attitude when i do talk to someone. If anyone refer you here RUN fast an far away as possible its a set up dont do it. Its so draining trying to get in touch with someone. Go somewhere else because this is not even worth it at the end of the day.

Amanda Bell is out of this world. She is very thorough and attentive to the needs of the clients. She does a lot of the heavy lifting for the clients the follow-up and the follow-through. Checking on the clients and making sure they have what they need.

I rate a 1 only because I can't rate a ZERO!! They are trash and please trust me they quit you after they drip the ball, please make sure yo7 don't get Ms Lashunda as a Case Manager, please don't she will quit you to save her own job. And the lie about if you feel that your not being treated right contact the Lawyer lol what a joke. If anyone wants to see my feed ans response to our case I'm glad to send. They such look for a true lawyer.

I receive better customer service at the self check at the local Walmart. This was by far my worst experience ever. They were very attentive in the being. That all changed on 3/13/22 when I signed up for them to represent me. "NOW THAT THEY HAD ME" I can only assume; because I didn't have a big money case, they no longer felt the need to respond to my phone calls or emails. The only calls I now received were from the collection agency asking for payment. Some suggested I just try driving down to voice my frustration, so I did. After hanging out in the lobby for over an hour, the only person I would see was the lady at the front desk, Carol. I should have called Amy.. 😪

The reason for a star is for Ms. Kim Wallace she and Mr. Lee Payne is absolutely incredible they reply to calls, email, Texts messages and etc., so I give a star for them other then that I wouldn’t give a star they are very knowledgeable when answering questions and if there is something that they have to get back to you with they will get right back to you that same day , I swear by them 2 if it wasn’t for them I would have Left this law firm especially because of Alondra Cruz and Carol Davis they don’t call you email nor text and when they do decide to reply to a message you left for them it’s daysssssss later or maybe week or after you have left 3 messages are more in weeks for them to call you with the status of your case, but I have to say this upon speaking with carol Davis she was unprofessional chewing and smacking in my ear and replying to my questions by saying “ like I said “, so after that I was like oh I see why she don’t return calls because she don’t know how to talk to the clients oh wow was my expression…so enough of her, now when it come to settlement this is the first law firm that settle really low when getting you money I will never use them again nor would I refer anybody,,, never will I… NOW THIS IS JUST MY EXPERIENCE Yulanda N.

First, I would like to thank Qiana Pandleton, the second negotiator for the help of the ending of my case she made everything go very easy and fast, I would recommend her she gets the job done 100 out of 10. But during my whole process of my case it was horrible Coral Davis was the initial negotiator and she would not call nor send any emails for months. I would call and email her and she would not respond back. I didn’t want to have someone else help with my case because I knew the process would be longer but she was not doing her job at all, I would not recommend her -100 out of 10. But in the end I asked for someone else which was Qiana Pendleton, she answers her phone and gets the job done and she was on it so thank you Qiana for your help. :)

Yovanna Torres was great. Second time around highly recommend!
