I was in accident back in June 6, 2022 so I contacted godsey martin thinking everything was going to be ok. Absolutely not, I had to get in contact with them to see if it was any updates on the case (which there wasn’t any) they wanted me to basically do there job for them by reaching out to the others involved in the situation instead of them doing what they are suppose to do then today September 21,2022 they drop the case and I have yet to know why and of course no one picks up the phone. I wouldn’t not consider doing any business with them if you plan on getting anything resolved. Waste of my time.

Love them if ever needed again. I will be on my way..

Although my case just started, Amanda English has been very informative and helpful. I appreciate the pace at which she spoke to me as I am currently disoriented a little due to my accident. thank you Amanda

I was in-processed by Ms. Amanda English and she was great, very informative!! Additionally Ms. Markeyshia Jackson is my case aide / worker and she has been very communicative as it pertains to keeping me informed on my case. So far I have nothing but positive feedback for this firm.

The communication was not great at all. I started the case back in June and I’m just now receiving an update of the case being withdrawn. My car was never inspected by the other peoples insurance and they took the other parties word over mine when clearly my car was the one damaged for being hit. But it’s fine I will never do this again. Literally a waste of time.

Terrible. I called them immediately went thru all the processes explained my situation to several people despite the trauma I was going thru. Was told I needed to see doctors and physical therapy and that they’d help me and work with me only for after a while my case agent stopped returning my calls my doctors couldn’t get ahold of them to approve my mri and my insurance ultimately didn’t pay out despite someone slamming into me at 100mph while they were running from the cops. My situation is honestly worse off after having contacted them and after calling again nobody has gotten back to me. I’ve just been ignored and forgotten about and now the insurance has moved on leaving me with medical bills l, debt, and no car after having bought the car only two days prior. These guys are the absolute worst

I have been working with Victor Burton @ the Godsey Martin Law Firm and I am very pleased with the way he has worked my accident case I feel like he is a lawyer even though he is a paralegal I've gotten so many results from his service. I hope one day he has his own law firm. Thank you so much Mr. Burton.

I phoned Godsey and Martin about a new cas. The person on the phone was rude I ash to be placed into Justin voice mail which she refused to do.this is a death case. Sorry to hear Godsey & Maerin has forgotten clients come first. Explained I was an old employee and old friend, bur rgat still didn't mater. Guess I will call Frankel & Frinkel. SD

Decided to use them for my moms accident because I heard of them on the radio. Talk about you do all the work as the client and they collect the pay. They have been dragging my moms case and have been to busy to answer questions. The firm treats you like a number and your car can be damaged for months. They are more interested in medical pay outs and not the actual client or your questions. Had them for one month and tried to drop them. They released her with a lien saying they are going to collect regardless. Find a better attorney to represent your case. Someone who cares and they Will actually deserve the pay.

I’m highly disappointed in this company. This was my second time reaching out to them after I was involved in a car wreck. The first time didn’t go well but they did finally resolve my case after about a year and a half of calling for updates with no information and having to complain so much that I spoke with Mr. Godsey himself before it was all done. I thought it was just an unfortunate mishap that happened with my case so I reached out again after I was hit in June of this year and it’s all happening over again just with a different team. I called to update my case manager once I was released from physical therapy a month ago and at that time she told me she’d be reaching out to the physician to get medical records/bills etc and she’d follow up with me in three weeks. At the three week mark I reached out to her, no answer or returned phone call within the next business day as her voicemail says. Only after I complained to the receptionist did I receive a call from my case manager 3 days later. Once I spoke to her she literally had no idea that I was done with physical therapy and told me the exact same thing she told me three weeks ago! So my case has just been sitting untouched for almost a month. I tried to reach out to her supervisor/the actual attorney and after his voicemail recording ends the phone hangs up so I’m unable to leave a message. I reached out to the receptionist again asking her to have the actual attorney return my call and guess who calls me…. The case manager! I explained to her I did not call to speak with her and she still asks if she could help. Absolutely not! As much as I want to support this business I would be doing people a disservice to recommend this law firm. Please do not waste your time! In addition to their lack of customer service, it was myself, my daughter (13) and son (2) in the vehicle at the time of the accident. My daughter and I went to physical therapy for our injuries my son is too young. My sons case was settled in a timely manner however the guy who hit us insurance company offered $1000 to settle and after fees paid to the lawyer my son is only receiving $450 and I was told by the negotiator that was excellent but I know better. Before an offer was made I was told about a percentage that the law firm will get but after the settlement I was told there was an additional $250 fee paid to the attorney and that I signed paperwork that stated that however the percentage is the only fee that was verbalized. I take accountability for not reading the paperwork completely but if your verbalizing fees why just one and not all fees. So I was able to speak with the attorney who waived the $250 fee so that my son would get more of the settlement money but it is over a month later and still no check. *** Update*** Now I’m being told that the settlement check (from the insurance company to the law firm) was lost in the mail and it has to canceled and a new one has to be issued. So I’m sure by my next three week check in there will be another issue and I still won’t have any money.
