At the beginning for about 2months I was constantly contacted but when I decided I didn't want to do therapy anymore because it didn't help only made thing's worse; I heard absolutely nothing about my case..except for "were waiting on paper work from the hospital". The person that's supposed to be handling my case is either NEVER in the office, on vacation or just flat out doesn't answer the phone or return voice-mail messages. It's been over a year & still no settlement, no offers No nothing. I was seriously injured,broke my back & had to go back to work sooner than recommended because I had no money. I loss my apartment. I left a message with the attorney that the machine says to leave a message with if you have a complaint & still no response. This is exactly why I don't support black businesses that often; most have a exaggerated perception of their own importance lacking humility & offering no sympathy & having no empathy.

Amanda English is who I spoke with and she made me feel so comfortable and important and I truly feel that I made the right choice to go with Godsey-Martin

This has to be the worst company I have ever hired to do anything for me if I have have them since December working on a case and I have maybe spoke to somebody twice about it and I had to call months on end to get somebody on the phone they will never call you to reach out to you about your case very unprofessional and wish I would’ve went somewhere else

Amanda Bell is the best case manager I could have ever asked for! She definitely needs a raise! She makes me feel at ease! She always answers all of my questions and answers quickly ! For my first accident , she has done such an amazing job helping me. I can’t thank you enough Amanda!!!!

Dana Gray is the sweetest!!! So nice and accurate when it came to getting my check!! Priscilla was my attorney and she did a great job! Then Dana was the one who said you’ll get paid by end of July! And I did!! Love Dana and Priscilla! I got hit is the only place I’m send anybody to!! My wreck was in October and I got paid in July!! NOT EVEN A WHOLE YEAR!! Like most car wreck companies!! Alondra Cruz is straight trash! I believe she is on drugs! She is not responsive, she gave my confidential medical information to the wrong place! This had not been a good experience at all!

The initial service has been incredible. I'm new to this type of case so Amanda English walked me through with care and precision. Looking forward to my next review of the law firm services as we complete this process.

My accident was the first week in May and I have yet to speak with an Attorney. There is someone handling my case but I rarely hear from them unless I send a message. I have nothing negative to say just yet, I am just needing info, which is hard to get at the moment. I will be calling the main number today or stopping by when I get off work today to see what is going on.

I would like to say the wait was well worth it and Ms. Gail Grumes at Godsey law firm got me the results that is well worth it time and patience.... the firm did a wonderful job handling my case thank you

Great company

They are not very attentive to the client. Would NOT refer them to anyone. Out of the 11 months it took, the attorney didn’t call with updates or to check on her client. Client called her. The older receptionist is super rude and not hospitable. If you want to be treated like a person go to a more professional law firm. Please read other reviews. This seems to be their thing with the exception of a couple of ladies. Sorry to say.
