I have been dealing with this case since 2017 , I have lost memory and consistent headaches we never get called back I have left numerous messages to please have our attorney call us we had trial scheduled atleast 4 times to hear maybe 2 days before trial it’s canceled till further notice now we only hear from our attorneys secretary or who ever works for him yearly even though we are constantly told they will keep contact monthly this is like the 5th person imagine not being able to lift your disabled child and forgetting things like to wear shoes. I even sent the alert message 2 days ago called 3 times left messages and still no return calls I also had my daughter do the same it has gotten so bad we forget we have a case u till we hear them on the radio. We just wish we where treated fairly and contacted why has this gone on so many years this is very discouraging. Last update was before thanksgiving they didn’t contact me they told my daughter trial was pushed till may do to the other sides attorney retirement lol. Well it’s may and no one still has contacted us what happen to last trial date.

I'd give these people a 0 I was involved in a car wreck and got hurt my attorney didn't even try hard to fight Amanda Bell never return my calls but at first they act like they got a case and will call you but once the insurance company don't offer any thing they drop you and won't go fight for you like they as they will they had my case sitting over a year .I'll never advise people to this law firm I should file a complaint with the state bar........

They get more money then the client they set you up with fake doctor.

My accident was September 16, 2020, I've heard the radio commercials of this firm which is why I reached out. After reaching out, I was immediately taken care of, I was set up with therapy & received excellent treatment. I was assigned a case manager who made frequently phones calls to check on my therapy progress. I completed therapy in November 2020. Here it is two days from May 2022 without any settlement received. My last communication was February 2022 from a new Case Manager who led me to believe I was finally ready to settle. I have left messages for an update, with no return calls. UPDATE: I was contacted by Juan Aguirre who understood my frustration & gave me his word that he will get me my settlement. Mr. Aguirre called me frequently with updates until I received my settlement check. Thanks so much Mr. Aguirre!

This company took great care of me. I reached out for a quote online and within 15 mins someone was calling me to get me taken care of. My agent was Amanda English, from the beginning she made me feel safe and taken care of. She even happened to get a few laughs out of me while going through this stressful situation. I am grateful that I chose this law firm to fight for me.

This firm. SMH. So, I spoke with Marcus (initial call) who was pleasant and professional and it has gone DOWN since then. It took over a week for me to speak with someone and that's because I sent an email to their customer service email. Spoke with Modesto ONE time and he said he would call me in a couple of weeks to keep me updated and that was on the 11th. I called him yesterday and left a voicemail and didnt get a call back so called today and unable to leave a message because the mailbox is full. I sent another email and spoke with Brittany that was helpful in the fact that there was at least a voice, but this firm is not good with communication. So if you want to feel like you made a mistake in whom you chose to take care of you call Godsey Martin. ***UPDATE**** 9/27/2022 Ai received a call from Ebony stating I had finally reached the negotiations stage and the insurance company has 3 weeks in which to respond. I called her back on 11/3/2022 and she told me she would get back with me after speaking with the insurance company 11/4/22. Still NOTHING. Absolutely unbelievable that they advertise on a predominantly black radio station and gain our business/trust and do us worse than non people of color. ***UPDATE 5/26/23*** So, have reached the discovery phase smh. I am now in communication with Ms. Marian and SHE has kept be updated the MOST in this whole over a YEAR process, but still moving slower than my turtle. Hope to never need a law firm again. Such a SOUR taste.
