During a very stressful time in my life, Godsey Martin Law Firm had my back and was able to help me fight the insurance companies while I focused on my recovery. Cecilia Espinoza was quick, efficient, and always available to break down all the details when I didn't quite understand things, like PIP for example. My car was totaled and I had to buy a new vehicle immediately, so I did not have extra funds for a lawyer. I was able to call Godsey Martin and they took care of everything with no money up front. I appreciate all of the help!

The young lady that is handling my case name is Markeisha Jackson . I must say I was a little worried about using this company but Markeisha and team 11 has been awesome. When ever I call the office and leave a message the call is returned with in an hour. If Markeisha say that she will get back to you and give you a date trust and believe if she herself don't call you she make sure that some one on the team call. My case is still on going at this point but I have faith that Markeisha and team 11 will get it done.

They will promise to pay for your medical appointments, but you will still be responsible for the bills. My physical therapy wasn’t scheduled until months after I had already healed as well. They Made specific promises to help me settle my damage and injury claims by dealing with the other driver’s insurance and lawyer, then did nothing to actually help and required I do all the paperwork, fees and haggling with their insurance myself. They made claims they would help with temporary transportation for work after my vehicle was destroyed and then ignored my calls and emails while I lost my home and job being unable to get around. Do not trust this company.

I called due to a tragic experience that occurred and spoke with a representative by the name of Nicole R. She was so polite and concerned about the matter. I would refer anyone to them who has encountered what I am going through because they make it so much easier by taking the stress off of you. Thank you Nicole and Thank you Godsey Martin Law Firm!

Marlen was outstanding throughout the entire process! She returned phone calls and e-mails within the same day and at times in the evening after her office was closed for the day. She did a great job of keeping me updated!

From the beginning of working with Godsey Martin I have been working with Cecilia Espinoza and she has been nothing but great. She has been very helpful with all my questions and explains everything very clearly. Even though many times we played phone tag she always responded to my e-mails. Dan was also very professional and helpful in going over the litigation process of the case as well.
