My whole experience with Godsey Martin Law Firm has been positive. I had the pleasure of having Amanda Bell work on my case. She was nothing but supportive along the whole process. I was in a minor accident but it still left my back injured and I had to demote from a position that was very physically demanding. Amanda Bell was informative, helpful, and very respectful the whole time. During my time of struggle I appreciated having Amanda check in on me along the way and give me updates on my case. Hello my name is Charles. I was in a car accident on September 7, 2019. I called I just got hit. It was the one that I remembered when I moved to Texas. I remembered it because of the relatable radio commercial I heard saying '"girl you better call I just got hit. Com, OK".. From the moment I was introduced the the intake associate. Nicole. I was put at ease, because I was stressed, in pain and upset. She was so professional and understanding. I knew I was not the only case on her roster but she made me feel as if I was. It started out rocky with not getting returned calls or emails back, she also had to deal with rude attitudes from his insurance company while still being a positive, reassuring, and informative case manager. Even when we received a denial, Cecilia was always ahead of the curve ball coming, until we received that they were taking liability for the accident. This review is Long Overdue!!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer. "SHANTAE HAYMER" is the best hands down. I'm real big on communication and she communicated with me whenever there was an update on my case. No matter what time of the day it was, she would call and let me know what was going on and also followed up with an email. I feel like they do actually care about the clients well being. There was a time when i was released from the chiropractor and needed to go right back because my back started to act up again and they had no problem with it.I was in a wreck in Sep 2017 and my case settled last month Sep 2019. It was not a quick process, and I'm a very patient person so that was not a problem with me, and they actually got me back way more than i expected! YOU GUYS ROCK !!

I have the distinct pleasure of working with Ms. Inez Clark at Godsey Martin. Ms. Clark is the epitome of someone who has your back, and is dedicated to working for your good. My problem involves a homeowner claim with a prominent carrier; I was convinced (even in the face of their actions to the contrary), that the carrier would live up to their mission statement and customer service policy clearly stated on their coverage documents. I was referred to Ms. Clark early in the process, but, I foolishly thought I could trust the reputation of my carrier to handle the claim fair and square. NOT!!!! Finally, I came to my senses, and contacted Ms. Clark, I believe on a Thursday and by Tuesday of the next week the carrier was already cooperating and suddenly realized the claim was legitimate. Hmmm. The carrier is a nightmare to work with, but Ms. Clark walks softly and carries a big stick - she is tenacious and determined. I'm truly blessed to have her and Godsey Martin in my corner. Somebody not playing fair and square with you??? Who you gonna call? GODSEY MARTIN, P.C., they'll be there in a hurry, you don't have to worry.

Dealing with insurance companies directly or trusting Godsey Martin Law Firm to have your back is the difference between night and day. My case manager, Cecilia Espinoza, kept me up to date via phone calls and emails. Everything was explained verbally and via email throughout the whole process. My two biggest concerns were dealing with the mental stress of fighting the other party to do right by me and knowing where to go for treatment from the accident. Those two burdens were lifted immediately once I put my faith in IJGH. I never spoke to the attorney and I didn’t have a dozen people I had to talk to or try to remember. I dealt with Cecilia Espinoza and the clinic she recommended for me run by Dr. Richards. All I had to do was what I needed to do and that was take the treatment seriously and trust Godsey Martin had my back. The results: Cecilia got liability accepted so that State Farm would fix my car. I paid not one penny out of pocket. My injuries were treated. And now I’m receiving a bit of money without worrying about my responsibility to any bills. There’s no doubt in my mind that going with Godsey Martin was the smart choice. They we’re transparent and up front the whole process through.
