Excellent law firm. Matt Goheen helped a good friend of mine out when he needed it most!

A true "Family" lawyer ! Seldom does anyone have anything good to say about attorneys, but I feel I must share my appreciation as Christmas Eve marks our one year anniversary of our daughter having her prayers answered by the courts in Collin County. Randall Warmbrodt and his team worked diligently for several months to ensure my daughter's voice would be heard so she could establish a healthier life. Warmbrodt and Associates in Allen, TX turned over every leaf, had great forensic specialist, and counselors for the entire family throughout the entire process. Furthermore, they knew the law and it applications to the fullest; as was shown in trial when the opposing counsel whom had been in law almost thirty years was on his heels and was caught dumbfounded. So far sarah fox has done really well with my cases. I'd recommend her anytime you or a loved one needs good help in the courtroom. Well versed from the other side of the table she knows how the DAs will think and plans accordingly. Good choice in my opinion.

I give a 1 only because you brought in the Fox firm otherwise your firm is possibly a good one. I had Mrs. Fox as a court appointed attorney for almost 2 years and she did nothing. Not one motion was filed. The best plea I got with her as my lawyer was 2 years probation for resisting arrest plus some other things I had to do. Hired a lawyer after I realized how crooked Collin county was and he filed several motions in a week and also got it reduced to time served resisting arrest withon 2 weeks, instead of going to trial for assault to an officer. Mrs. Fox lied to me at least one time that I have proof of. See Mrs. Fox, I told you I would not report you to the bar. In response to your reply: Why were no motions filed the whole time she represented me? Almost Two years. That's not representing to the best of someone's ability. I never went to jail either. Just as I said I received times served of 1 day in jail. Mrs. Fox told me we were not allowed to call witnesses to trial. Isn't that part of the reasoning for a trial. If someone can't do thier job at all times with integrity how can they be trusted. My first lawyer that dropped me just like Mrs. Fox did was because I would not take a plea.

The first words out of Josh’s mouth is how much prison time are you willing to do? Does this sound like someone that has a disabled persons best interest in mind? My son reads on a 3 rd grade level gave Josh the information showing my son has problems so he sends my son all these legal letters that he can not read or understand. Josh knows my son can not of spell has a hard time writing so instead of a verbal okay to speak with us. Josh will not call or return our calls nor would he help my son when his glasses were stolen while in jail. The person that took them thought to teach my son a lesson. He called me crying at 830am because he was having a hard time seeing. Supposedly someone wrote him a letter saying they had them but my son could not read the letter and never saw the letter the guard took it. I notified Josh’s office no reply. It was a big joke played on my son that ended up in a nightmare. Where was his attorney Josh could careless and did not call or contact my son? His office promised Josh would contact us never heard from him. Do not believe Josh’s office he will not contact you. We hired Steven Wohr and come to find out Joshua Andor never submitted the paperwork showing my son memtally disabled. Joshua said he was not. The courts agreed on a new rehab facility. Joshua Andor would never return our calls. There is no prison.

This is the 2nd time I've chosen Mr Warmbrodt to represent me. The first time was restructuring custody of a child. Randy was very caring and compassionate to our needs. He enabled us to create the best parenting plan for our little girl. More recently I needed representation again and immediately sought Mr Warmbrodt. He and his team are knowledgeable and strive to meet your goals. Awesome job again!

When I sat down with Josh I was immediately impressed with which he gathered and processed information, began researching additional facts and formulation of strategy. He was genuine, he didn't use coined phrases and most importantly he proved to me through our conversation he saw my case through my eyes. My problem was most important to me and it became equally important to Josh.
