I came to the Jeff Gilbert Law Office in a crisis. It was a crisis within a crisis, so I appreciated the fact that I was heard and seen by Jeff and Jamie, and that they were fair with me. An attorney once told me that a good paralegal makes all the difference, and as far as I can see that holds true. Jamie handled my case with the utmost care and compassion, and she made it much easier to get through a tough situation. Suzanna came onto my case with experience from working different areas of the legal system in Florida--and she was able to use that perspective to help get the best possible outcome under the circumstances.
