His team in office have thoroughly helped me as well, and we have successfully acheived the results we wanted. I just love Mrs. Darla and the other ladies in the office. Everyone is so sweet and caring. I couldn't have picked a better attorney to go with. Additionally, they continue to work with me on other matters as well without hesitation. My name is Michael Herndon. Jeff Gilbert represented me in two cases. Aggrivated Assault with serious bodily injury/Class 2 felony and Family Assault/Class A Misdeamenor. Charge with first offense on July 08,2015/ Second offense was approximately 1 year 9 months later. The first case was still ongoing. His professionalism and willingness to do what he needed to do to get these charges dismissed is beyond words. I felt the firm didn't just treat me as a client bu as part of a family. I listened to what he said and stood firm every step of the way. Both of these charges were dismissed. This was a bad time in my life. I almost lost everything I've got, including my babies. With what Jeff was able to do for me has opened up a better job opportunity that wouldn't of happened if I had a conviction. This is what Jeff done for me. I am leaving Texas soon to relocate. Jeff Gilbert and Rachel are both amazing lawyers. Their staff as well as themselves are extremely competent and compassionate. Their honesty and hard work is comendable and I have no doubts that they are the super lawyers Texas claims them to be.

This review is regarding representation for a relative for a divorce proceeding. He (Mr. Gilbert) left a response here that he does not know me, however we certainly did meet twice in-person during that time. Standard performance professionally, although disingenuous and unpleasant/awkward to deal with in the midst of a difficult time-thus the low rating. This included foul language, albeit minor and brief. The Gilbert family has contacted me based on an original 1 star rating and after further contemplation I feel 1 star may be unfair. I've changed my rating to 3 stars based on the criterion used to determine the rating. The effort seemed to be there however, decide for yourself what is appropriate for you, your circumstances and your family.

I highly recommend Mr. Gilbert. He is very professional, knowledgable, but most important compassionate and caring. This was my first offense, and I was unsure as what my options were. The first day I met with Jeff he was very reassuring and was able to put my mind at ease. He explained all my options and told me what to expect every step of the way. He was able to get my case dismissed and I get to start my life over, and for this I will forever be grateful. There's is no doubt on my mind that I made the best decision by hiring him.

Jeff is an individual that really cares about his clients. He is professional and thorough, with a personality that can light up the darkest room. He, along with Nikki and Rachel made sure all documentation was done before presenting a rock solid proposal to the court. He listened intently to what our needs were, and made sure that we were satisfied 100% before moving forward.
