I am not the type to write reviews - but this was the worst experience I've ever had with a legal representative. Brooks Bass and his staff could care less about your case once you pay 100% of your fees up front. Radio silence feedback - I had to call the office every single week asking for updates up until I was forced to seek legal representation by another law office in the area. Thousands of dollars wasted. The office staff is rude when asking simple questions and made me feel like a 2nd class citizen. My case was fairly simple and the lack of response and overall carelessness caused my family a lot of grief and time lost in a simple resolution. Once I hired a different lawyer, my case was resolved in 2 WEEKS! I would highly suggest you take your business somewhere where they actually care.

A really down to earth Man, who truly cares for his clients and will do whatever it takes to help you out in the best way possible and as quick as possible. Thank you for being my attorney!

I could explain of what she didn't do than what she actually did! She DOESNT answer the phone She DOWSNT tell the truth She DOESNT represent you She DOESNT care about you She DOESNT Call you back She DOESNT help you She DOES take your money I think she was against me more than for me.

This lady is basically the worst lawyer I've ever dealt with. She lies and steals your money. She lied so many times in our case and took so much money from me. Plus she never calls back. The worst lawyer ever.
