Unfortunately I called for case representation, after speaking to Robert and we agreed to pay the retainer I waited for response but I didn't get anything. They made me loose contact with my other lawyer and then they refused to accept to take my case. I spoke to Robert and he was rude .I asked to speak to someone else but they refused like I had done something to them . This is something that I never experienced before. Is this really how you treat people?! I am glad that you didn't represent me otherwise I will have to deal with the unprofessionallism.

Unfortunately this so called "law group" is nothing but a waste of money in my opinion. My lawyer was given every detail needed to help with my case and yet they didn't look into ANY details. They didn't contact my son's therapist, didn't contact cps about the case against my son's father. Absolutely NOTHING was done despite them having everything including$2000 up front. I was given nothing but empty promises. I'd be EXTREMELY careful hiring this company. I'd hate for another parent to have to go through all their money for literally NOTHING in return. Please research your representation better than I did!!!

We hired this firm on Jan 19th of 2021, and we passed by 2 lawyers who already left the firm. We have to call and follow them every single steps. If they said they will let you know by a specific date, no response, no email or phone call. Then you have to email, call them multiple times to ask what is the result. It's very unprofessional, lacking of knowledgeable in the field. We decided to leave even it cost us a lot of time and money with them.

They told me one price in the beginning and said it wouldn't be much more then the retainer amount to complete this case. At the end when there is nothing you can do they send me a bill that was more then the original retainer payment!!! This is an awful firm in how they bait and switch your billing!!! Watch out!!!

My boytoy is currently a client and he calls up there and he can NEVER get ahold of his "lawyer". They give a bunch of promises 2 call back, never happens, but we remain hopeful.

Had the worst experience with this law firm. 2 years have gone by and little to no work was done on my case. Months with no communication the case being turned over to another attorney who didn’t even know the basic facts on my case and had me serve a invalid notice to vacate. Having to do all the leg work myself. I was quoted a price for my case but then was told that was a retainer not flat fee. Very unhappy

During a time where I thought I made the biggest mistake ever and wasn’t sure if I had a leg to stand on I decided to googled lawyers near me and came across Jim Ross law group. I received a call right away to schedule a appointment got scheduled and the next day received a call from Terry Turzinski when I say this man knows his stuff that’s an understatement he told me exactly what to do and what to say regarding my issues and even told me how the scenario would play out and I received a call today and it was verbatim to what Terry said. Terry took time out of his busy day to explain to me in detail what I needed to do and I am so grateful he did so. He knew taking my case would cost me more and he was upfront and honest and told me what he would do I can do on my own and not have to pay any lawyer fees and again he was absolutely right. Things are now in motion and I am so grateful and appreciative that he took the time to help me and even told me if I have any other questions or concerns I could call him. Hopefully I won’t need a lawyer but if I ever do I know who to call. Terry I said it at least 10 times and I will say it 10,000 more times Thank you so much for your kindness!

Pushed mediation and a simple fix, even though known hurdles were known upfront. Things got messy and avoided handling the challenges. Refused to take action. Almost afraid of the judge. Moved on to another lawyer. Use only if your broke or everything is uncontested.
