Great attention is paid, prompt and detailed billing, much better experience than some previous engaged counsel.

Do NOT use this Law Firm if you have a CPS case. I was not notified of a court hearing and when I asked the attorney "Why" he said it wasn't important. He refused to request a reset and I later found out the CPS case workers claimed in court that no one was willing to take my son, which was a BIG LIE. Had I been notified, the court would have known I had completed my service plan, and my Aunt and Uncle were lisenced foster parents and APPROVED by Texas ICPS for placement of my son. Instead the court decided to fight for terminations of my rights since CPS claimed there was no one willing to take him, and my son was kept in the foster home of a non relative. I have evidence of this.

If you have a CPS case, especially a medical one, I urge you to look elsewhere for representation.

Terrible service.. It’s likely you’ll hear from the billing department more than your assigned lawyer. Speaking of billing, your entire retainer fee will be used for miscellaneous charges (stamps or staples, feeding the meter for other court dates they have, etc.) They tried charging me for a court date I missed due to a car accident that wasn’t my fault. When it’s all said and done, you’ll end up paying doubled what you paid for the retainer fee.

Enter at your own risk. You will hear selling pitches of how the firm will not take more than it's clients. They did in my case. You will see Mr. Ross at least once. If you opt for a settlement you will almost never hear from a representative at the firm once a settlement is reached. I can only attest from my experience. In the beginning I was sort of important. That changed very quickly. With an understanding that these issues tend to take time and results often vary due to the rediculous variables of Texas law I can't in good faith of ethics recommend this firm. You would probably be just as well off hiring one of the TV commercial attorneys. That's about as much personal experience as you can expect from this firm.

Linda Castillo is my attorney and she came in SUPER ORGANIZED and not to play games. She brought forth all the facts and evidence. She was very professional and calm, even when my ex husband behaved like a juvenile. I have had countless attorneys over the years, and Linda is by far the best I have ever had. I cannot say enough about her. I trust her completely.

This firm, in my opinion, is one of the finest in DFW! The lawyers here helped me straighten out my legal issues (which went back a long time) like no other lawyer that I had ever hired before. They went above and beyond and worked to negotiate the best deal for me. Where most attorneys would concede, they find a way to make sure their clients get the best outcome possible and don't get thrown to the wolves.
