I hired this law group about 3 years ago. I never made a review because I was young and naive and thought what they did was somewhat acceptable. I hired them for a cps case. On my court date, I had No idea which lawyer was coming for me. I received a text message from the lawyers assistance saying he was going to be a little late because he was in criminal court. The lawyer ended up showing up 1 hour and 30 minutes late. I was Already receiving back lash from the cps workers threatening to start the case without him because It was unacceptable for him to be late. He didn’t do anything for my case. Got less than half of my retainer back. Now that I’m older and have worked with my many lawyers now, I understand everything was unacceptable. They have no communication skills, and will embarrass you on your court date.

My experience was regarding a slip and fall accident that I had in a parking lot where someone’s car left a trail of oil. As I walked to my car, both feet came out from under me and I landed flat on my back. I literally broke my back that day with an acute fracture in the sacrum part of my spine. At first he seemed positive about the case but then almost a year after my accident he called me and told me we didn’t have a case. He said I would have to go after the person who spilled the oil. Now I can’t get any cooperation from anybody. He told me he would send a copy of the footage but I never received it. And of course I have about $15,000.00 of medical bills to somehow pay. I don’t feel like they even tried or like my case wasn’t important enough.

I swear to god this is the worst place!! I'm going through a divorce that has dragged over 2 years and have had to deal with 3 different lawyers and explain the whole situation because they have not even bother to read my file.I am not expecting anything from this review but a cookie cutter response. "Dear so and so, we apologize you were not satisfied with the service, please contact our office to further discuss, etc, etc" If I had to do it all over, I would certainly stay away from this firm. I wish I had read all the recent reviews on them

Stay away from this law firm. They have major problems getting back to their clients. I have had them for over a year in a divorce case and every time I call they have a new person working at the desk. You have to leave m u l t i p l e messages before getting a response. 3 1/2 months is just too long to get a response back from an attorney that I am paying to represent me. AND they wait until the last minute to get any facts from you. Just an incompetent firm
