My experience was regarding a slip and fall accident that I had in a parking lot where someone’s car left a trail of oil. As I walked to my car, both feet came out from under me and I landed flat on my back. I literally broke my back that day with an acute fracture in the sacrum part of my spine. At first he seemed positive about the case but then almost a year after my accident he called me and told me we didn’t have a case. He said I would have to go after the person who spilled the oil. Now I can’t get any cooperation from anybody. He told me he would send a copy of the footage but I never received it. And of course I have about $15,000.00 of medical bills to somehow pay. I don’t feel like they even tried or like my case wasn’t important enough.

I swear to god this is the worst place!! I'm going through a divorce that has dragged over 2 years and have had to deal with 3 different lawyers and explain the whole situation because they have not even bother to read my file.I am not expecting anything from this review but a cookie cutter response. "Dear so and so, we apologize you were not satisfied with the service, please contact our office to further discuss, etc, etc" If I had to do it all over, I would certainly stay away from this firm. I wish I had read all the recent reviews on them

Stay away from this law firm. They have major problems getting back to their clients. I have had them for over a year in a divorce case and every time I call they have a new person working at the desk. You have to leave m u l t i p l e messages before getting a response. 3 1/2 months is just too long to get a response back from an attorney that I am paying to represent me. AND they wait until the last minute to get any facts from you. Just an incompetent firm

Had to deal with 3 different lawyers for my divorce. Neither one of them even bother to read my file. Is as if MY EX had hired them because of the way they handled my case. Lost most of my assets!! they even forgot to bring the check to pay the court on mediation day!! unforgivable service!! stay away from this "law" firm

I worked with Ms. Castillo and had a great experience. She is very detail oriented did a great job with getting an agreement.

👎 He set a date for a meeting with me, and he missed the date, and he was not there. I took a off from work and all that I accepted anything and so far I have not received anything from him or any contact

👎 i call the office 100 time no one give me Help Every time he puts me on hold and then hangs up or sets a date for a call, he doesn't call me and I am like this for a whole month
