Although the case we had through David S Kohm & associates took a very long time to come to an end today we were finally able to pick up our settlement checks in which we are very happy with ! We're so thankful that they were there to help & keep fighting for our case all of this time even with some bumps along the road. A big thank you to Maria for going through and explaining all of the fees etc with me to better understand why we got the amount that we did ! Please be patient with them as they are only human as the rest of us they will get you the help you need !

Does not prepare you for court. Did not meet my lawyer until 30 minutes prior to the first court date and he ignored the key things I was fighting for. Instead he jumbled up what I was saying and presented it to the judge. Never answered a phone call, because the phone was ALWAYS set to “do not disturb” mode. That way when you say you called them they can deny it and quickly change the subject. Very untrustworthy people.

If I could give negative stars, I would! I only gave one star because that was the minimum. Do yourself a favor and run! There is constant staff turnover and excuses galore. These people are friendly and seemingly caring, in the beginning, but it's all a facade. They care about the money and that is it. It took over five years to close a mva! They will tell untruths and you have to be vigilant! They tried to convince me that I signed and agreed to have my case settled for $500, until I challenged them to send my ink signature. They will attempt to make you believe that you have no rights and that they are the end all be all. If you haven't entered onto the settlement phase, document everything, record every phone call (it's legal) and take your case to a reputable law firm, that will at least have your best interest at heart. The icing on the cake was when the attorney told me that he didn't have time to talk to me because he had other clients and was busy. He had only spoken to me once before, during a conference call where he was pulled in. He knew nothing about my case and called me a lie when I gave facts of my case. Of course he was proved wrong, but if didn't matter. All in all, there are plenty of firms, in the area, that will be of greater help. Don't put yourself through the stress. Also, the positive reviews are most probably fine by staff. Don't be fooled!

After having both my car and myself hurt, I thought I wouldn’t get any form of justice from a hit and run. I was glad I reached out to David’s office because they were able to locate the guy and I was able to recover money to help cover my damages. I read some of the reviews, I must admit I am shocked. My experience was awesome. My attorney Fauniel D. Rowland was amazing and very personable. I chose Faun, because she represented my daughter, and she spoke very highly of Faun. My issue, came at a very trying time for me. I didn’t have a lot of time or energy to invest in the issue, but it was necessary. So I needed someone who could get the job done in a timely fashion. I was able to schedule the consultation right away. Durning the consultation she gave me the best course of action. She proceeded forward, keeping me informed all the while. I’m definitely regretting my decision smh, I have them on more than one case and referred them too a friend smh, phone calls are never returned and at one point the lady working on my case quit and my case was not being followed up upon for months until I called and asked. I only get told everyone is either busy or on lunch , I’m very disappointed
