Stay away from this Law firm Faun Rowland is a flat out crook. She bills for services that were not performed. Then when you call them out on it they don’t want to represent you anymore. I’m glad I started recording our conversations before I found another law firm. Funny thing is the day I went to pick up my file there was another gentleman that was having the same issue, and I have him on video recording as well. These people are horrible!!!

RUN as fast as you can away from this firm. By far the worst experience in my life. They don't return emails, they don't follow up, they don't care the least bit about clients. Joe and Maria gave me the run around and made me feel as if I was low priority and frequently mixed me up with other clients. Prior to writing this review I called the office I asked to speak with the office manager, I was transferred to Maria (who is currently supposed to be working on my case). I then asked Maria for her supervisor so that I could escalate and perhaps get help she told me she was the supervisor. Classic, so I felt the need to write this review so that real supervisor could read this. And hopefully reach out. I am TIRED of chasing them. I signed with David S Kohm in December 2021 and here we are in July and I am still having to follow up and reach out to find out status. My car has been fixed since January. My physical therapy ended in February. You have to chase them and still 0 resolution. My advice, talk to the insurance company of the at fault driver and settle on your own. There are two really good employees there Mayra and Asiah they were actually doing their jobs. And I am appreciative of them. I wished they could have followed me through my entire journey but I was passed off.
